Update: Oct, 6 Bug in effect titles fixed, Icons added. Ready for 4.1.

Update: Oct, 20 New title and author layout, bpm range now purple, New arrows for smooth video crossfade.

Update: Oct 28, Finished TT no video pannel, Added new icons for video and karaoke and played. More work on the cue style pannel which has a few problems still to be corrected soon.
