Vestax VCI-100 - Advanced Mapper

You only need the Mapper file for use. The definition is only for learning how to make one because the VCI-100 is nativ supported by VDJ.

- Shift + RIGHT-JOG ==> Browse in songlist
- Shift + PREVIEW ==> open/close folder in folderlist

Removed the following mappings:
- Shift + LOAD A Pitchbend
- Shift + LOAD B Pitchbend
- Shift + PLAY/STOP Stops and jumps to beginning of the song

New mappings:
- Holding PLAY/STOP button for more than 0,5 sec. stops and jumps to beginning of the song

- Added 'Loop move', 'Loop IN move' and 'Loop OUT move' with the Jog wheels when 2. Level is active
