Descrizione:
A simple effect that simply freezes the master video output where it is.

It has only two parameters:

* Fade: This can be used to fade the video frame when paused and is controller mappable.
* Reset Fade: When enabled, the fade will reset to no fade whenever the frame is frozen. When disabled, the current fade value is retained.

As always, please ensure you have the latest DirectX runtime updates and VC++ 2008 SP1 runtimes.
