I had to create another profile in order to get on here. The website sent me my username and password, but I keep getting the "invalid login or password" message. I have several tickets with important info. that I need to acces, but not able to do so. Can someone please help me?

I've done this already. I've provided my login and have had my password sent to my email; however, I continue to get the "invalid login or password" message. The sad part is I am a registered member. I've actually bought virtual dj twice. The serial #'s were in my tickets.

Having the same issues logging in is real pain and now i am just getting 30 second samples of music, now i just want to cancel! and i cant even do that the instructions are not clear.
