I want to play around with 4 deck mixing. I got a set of Numark Ndx 800s, Numark m6 mixer and maudio conectiv. Is there a way I can route all 4 decks to my mixer?

With the Numark NDX800, you will be able to control as many decks as you want in theory (can be assigned to control any of them).
But if you need to use an analogue dj mixer like the Numark M6, you will need a sound card with at least 4 stereo Outputs in order to route each one of the 4 decks you wish to use to a separate sound card channel, and as far as i know the M-audio connectiv only offers 2.

I'm using an NI Audio 10 on both my rigs running to a Rane MP44 in one and, an A&H S2R on the other. Works perfectly with VDJ and an HC4500.

what about running mono instead of stereo...
Output A Left to Channel one on the mixer
Output A Right to channel two, etc.
Then in the audio mapping in virtual DJ map deck one to output A left and so on.... And set VDJ to run in mono
I know I've done this in vdj7. I won't be able to test it for a couple days.
