I noticed a new plugin called "Lottery". What is it and how do you use it? I have no idea where it came from, unless it was in an update.

Native Visual Effect in the last update if not mistaken.
Open the GUI of the FX. Select a Folder with pics.
Adjust how fast the pics will scroll.
Adjust how much time it will take for the last pic to stop.
Press Start button and the lottery begins.
Press Start button again, and you have the winner !

Thanks. At first I thought it was a virus (I know they are watching me), but then saw the gui. Could not remember adding it, so thought I'd ask. Works just as you described. The stop time determines how long it takes to stop, after you press stop. Nice new feature.

deck master effect_button 'Lottery' 1 (if the effect is not selected)
