Topic: How to turn of the sorting by title column in Automix
Hi does anyone know how to disable the sort by title / bpm / artist feature please. It is annoying when you sort out tracks that you might want to play in a specific order and the you accidentally click on "Title Column" by mistake it is the reorders everything, plus you cannot undo it either :(

Right-click on any of the Headers of the Automix List to get the list of the available fields.
You will see "Reset Sort Order" right at the top of the List which will provide the Order that the Playlist was saved.

No - "Reset Sort Order" exists in the Playlist but NOT in the Automix! It should exist in Automix, but does not.

Hi,

yes it does exist in Automix panel, right click on ay of the headers and reset sort order is right at the top ;-)

I'm using VDJ8.2 builed 3936 and it works fine

best

edit
It only works when you have saved the playlist, then it will restore to the original order as of the last save

A lock or locking feature would help to prevent an accidental reorder. If I'm making a playlist on the fly and haven't saved it yet, a reset doesn't work. I've hit one of those buttons using 'mix now' feature and that line is always on that sorting column and your order is not retrievable!

When using the automix it would be useful to be able to sort by the column "Will play at...".
With added column "Will play at..." the sort is not correct when clicked on the header of the column and this sort is not the order of play.
When clicking on column "Title", "Artist" or "Length" sorting is done correctly.

there is "order" column for that... even it is not always efficient with newly added tracks it can help
badly does not refresh specially after cues, loops , pause and other time consuming tasks

clicking sort by "Will play at..." refreshes automix times, badly in karaoke sorting is not working anymore
( a feature becoming unusable ... as soon as it becomes displayable)
