I'm using a pioneer SZ and also a Denon 8000 controller and I've noticed in both of them even with the load security activated in the options you can still load a song into the deck that is playing. Any advice on how to stop a file from loading if the deck is playing a file ??????

Load security only works if the deck fader is past a certain position.

So let me get this straight. If the fader volume is down it allows you to load a file. But if the fader volume is up it doesn't. So if that is the case why can't it be the way it was that when the deck is playing it does not let you load a file? I feel that is a more secure way.

Because if the song is not audible, it doesn't matter if you load a new song over it, and the security dialog is probably just annoying rather than useful.

You can remap your load button if you like:
play ? nothing : load
play ? nothing : load
