There is a way to change the color on pads (Loop, Autoloop, Sampler) on the Numark Mixtrack Platinum?
It does not seem to work with this mapping function: "color 'red'" "constant 'red'" or "constant '255,0,0'"
Is it locked by hardware?

No, you cant change the color of the Pads in the Mixtrack Platinum. Those are hardocded/fixed, depending on the selected mode.They can be assigned only with actions that return true/false and not any color
