There is no way to do that with Filter Folders. Filter Folders use and query the available Browser fields and Cues are not one.
The only Filter Folder i could think of to help you on this case, would be to query the Last Play field and come up with the tracks that you have never played or played long time ago. Most of them probably have no Cues set.

A "has_cue" action is actually not a bad idea. I like it and should be possible to query already.

Sorry to wake up my old thread..but is this now possible with the 'has_cue' script? Keeping in mind i use a maximum of 9 cue points

Filter Folders dont take VDJ Script actions/verbs, just Database Fields and some operators, as listed in the 2 lists of the Filter Editor window
