Example:
I have 6 samples loaded, and if I use keyboard shortcuts, I can access all 6. Yet only 4 of them show up in the skin and on my controller (DDJ SX2). Samples 1 & 2 show up in the top row (in slots 1 & 2), but Samples 3 & 4 show up in the 2nd row (what would normally be considered slots 5 & 6). I thought maybe it was just a controller issue, but it does the same thing without the controller connected. I am running the default skin on MacBook Pro. Am I missing something?

OK maybe not. Had it working for about 5 minutes then it reverted back. Help....LOL
