Hi guys. Virtual DJ just (to my knowledge) added NLP(Novation Launchpad Pro) to there mappers.
when I try to plug it into my mac it tells me its a launchpad s. and none of the buttons work... but when I download vdj8 on my pc it works/lights up/works perfectly. does anybody know why/ can help me fix this?
I have tried setting it as NLP as the mapper and it does still not work

Is your Mac on the recent 4756 VirtualDJ Build ?
I am on 10.14 here and works just fine.

Yes, it is on the 4756 build. I think it might have to do with the three launchpad s mappers that come on when I plug it in. but I cannot figure out how to get rid of them.

I have found the issue. It was on my end. there was a mapper interfering with the launchpad pro. (that I installed) This was before they had an official mapper. Thanks for the help. :)
(the mapper that i deleted was: (launchpad S POD device.xml ))
