HELLO. THIS TOPIC IS EXPLAINED IN THE VIDEO BELOW. i've reset the factory settings multiple times and uninstalled it. and because of the new update. it keeps going back to it. can somebody help me with this bug

i got sound the sound works great. im not even using controllers. im using the stereo mix from my realtek sound system
