Is comprehensive support for the newly released Pioneer S11 in the cards? From what I understand, certain features are limited e.g stem seperation on the EQ's.

This is a limitation of the device.
Because it's a hardware mixer, it will always apply the EQ in hardware, meaning VirtualDJ has no control over this, and if stems on EQ are selected, always both EQ and stems will be applied.
If you don't mind giving up channels 3 and 4, as well as hardware effects it is possible to create an audio routing that would allow this.
