I have the original Mixtrack Platinum (Not the FX) and also have the same issue. Had it on version 6978, have now updated to 7032 and the issue still persists

Download the build before 6978. Worked ok for me with original Mixtrack Platinum

I'm on version 7032 and my Numark Mixtrack Platinum (non FX) is still constantly showing the word "Error" on the display for Deck 1. It never goes away and I've restarted multiple times. Should this issue already be addressed in version 7032?

We have pushed a new silent fix for Deck 1 Time on Platinum (non FX). Will work after restart current Public Build 7032.

Hello, I have the Numark Mixtrack Platinum (not FX).
At both tables I have "ERROR" below the BPM display.
VDJ BUILD 7607 (2023-07-19) is installed.
I found a fix and it works :-).

Is there a fix for this on the Platinum FX? (not the old Platinum)
Mine gives me an Error on the jogwheels, seemingly randomly. Sometimes it's when I load a track, sometimes when I get the BPM or pitch slider to a specific position.
I thought there was a plugin to fix it but it's for the old Platinum and it doesn't seem to work for the Platinum FX.
