I about 1000 MP3's which I need proper ID3 Tags for so my new MP3 CD player can display song titles appropriately.
Windows Explorer in XP displays the ID3 song information for each MP3 file, but you cannot edit it. Are there any good programs suitable for entering that info .... that I can enter in quickly ? (I've tried using winamp ... but that takes too long)
Thanks !!!

Okay ... I got this MP3 File Organizer/Editor Program which added ID3 V2 Tags to all my files ....
NOW ATOMIX RECOGNIZES MOST OF MY SONGS AS NEW FILES ???? I HAVE TO RESCAN ALL MY FILES AND RE-CALCULATE THE BPM FOR ALL MY HIP-HOP FILES.
But I guess thats my problem !

hey trip as far as i know, the id3v1 tags are limited because they have a set space allocated within the mp3 file. id3v2 tags have unlimited space becuase they add to the filesize. atomix recognises individual files not only by their filename, but also filesize. as far as the bpm info for hip-hop songs, i typed in the bpm (which i calculated manually) into the Composer field in the id3v2 tag. therefore if something happens, i never have to recalculate all my bpms again!
