theres one or two out on the market just do a google, but i've been tryin' to get cel or norway to make a countdown clock for vdj, make a search on this forum for "cel and norway new year count down" add your weight behind it, plus might be something there that you may want...

why use a video? use the text2d plug-in and blow it up huge on the screen. and use the mic to count it down when you get to 11:59:50. the simpler you keep it the less you're gonna stress.

Come on, stress is a great motivator. We say we hate it, but most of us strive on it. I don't know about you, but I want the freaky shit, not just a clock that counts up. If I wanted to keep it simple, I'd still be using Cd's and a mirror ball.

Hey tayla or anyone else out there...we need something like this for new year's eve this year...big dance 350+ people. I made a very simple video countdown clock for New Year's. It starts the countdown at 11:59pm (1 minute), at 12:00am it flashes "Happy New Year!" for about 30 seconds. There's no audio. Like I said, it's very simple. I uploaded it onto RapidShare... http://rapidshare.com/files/309953915/New_Year_s_Countdown.wmv Hope this helps a few of you guys out with your New Year's gigs.
