i have issue. when i connected my product to Virtual DJ software the standalone not display my library. its remain on ( computer Mode). i can work with my library display on the laptop but the screen on the mixer not showing anything.
please note:
- both software ( prime 4 and virtual dj are up to date.
- prime 4 works fine Serato but i would prefer virtual since i used long time ago.

If you are on a Mac, you need OSX 10.14 or higher

i found my version 10.13.6. i will update it and see if it works. thank you very much

Any Update to your Prime Virtual DJ Issue? I'm asking because I'm experiencing the same problem. I have been told to use "Rosetta" but I have seen no option to do so.

The screen on Prime 4 works with OSX 10.14 or later
If you are on M1 Mac and 11.x (Big Sur) then you need to run in Rosetta (right-click->Get Info)
