I'm deciding between VDJ and Serato. Have been playing around with Serato on my Numark Mixtrack Pro and I like it, but would like to take VDJ for a spin with my controller too before pulling the trigger on one.
I hear there's a way to try it with a controller for 10 mins for free. How do I enable that? I also hear that the first time I plug in my controller I should be able to get a 30 day trial, but I also don't see any option for that. Any clues?

It's free without hardware, but if you need to test with a controller why not just subscribe for a month $19 and decide for yourself? You'll have a month to see if it does what you need?

I believe that to get the one time, 30 day trial of Virtual DJ Pro, with any of the supported controllers (manual found here > https://virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware.html), one needs to log in Virtual DJ with the same credentials that you use to log into this forum (IMPORTANT).
After logging in on the license tab of settings, restart VDJ with your controller connected, to begin the 30 day trial.
After the 30 day free trial, Virtual DJ is free to use, with the restrictions of the Home license. (& 10 min limit with controller)

Looks like you had enabled the 30 days Trial period in the recent past- expired couple of months ago.
