What, literally just the drum track?
First you have to contact either the artist, their management or their label and ask if they'd send you the multitrack recording studio files. Then you'd have to load those into your DAW of choice and mute all the tracks except the drums. Then play it back and record the result as a new file.
By the way, please do not dig up threads that are over a year old. Read the forum rules https://virtualdj.com/wiki/Forum%20Rules.html

If you mean the instrumental backing track, then if the artist has made one available it will be for sale at the same place where you bought the vocal version.
It's not possible to completely remove vocals from a finished track. It's been mixed. It can't be unmixed unless you have the master multitrack (and that's very unlikely).
