I've thought of flushing the whole thing and starting over but that's really not possible now. I've got all this stuff which can't really be used to full advantage outside of VDJ. The HDJC, the XP10s, the new laptop I have no use for (I have 2 older laptops which work perfectly) and of course the custom XP10/mixer/laptop coffin I built. So I guess I will be sticking with it,.. crash problem fixed or not.
The only pieces I could transfer over to a conventional DJ setup would be my mixer, amp, physical CDs and headphones.
At least with your TCV setup you can always turn your TCV decks into real vinyl decks. An XP10 is just a paperweight without VDJ (Bison is not viable for me either).
