For a start you can cut the gutter language out when you post on here, we have a great mix of age groups and cultures that frequent these forums and everyone treats each other with common courtesy and respect, that includes refraining from the use of bad language. Please adhere to the forum rules.

Check you recycle bin! I had this same problem and it turns out I had accidentally deleted the lame.dll file. I was getting so frustrated but then I Checked the plug in folder and saw that the file was no longer there so I checked the recycle bin. Saw it jn the recycle bin and restored it. Definitely worth checking this first.
