Topic: More accurate bpm matching!!! - Page: 2

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

As a former PCDJ FX and Reflex user, I really like VDJ for it is practical and easy to use. However, the beat matching and looping doesn't compare to Reflex. Reflex holds a beat and loops to perfection so good a monkey could mix. However, Bah Reflex for support issues and impracticalityfor mobile use, more a club mixer program. VDJ has definetly paved the way to a better DJ program, imo.

I'd really like to see the practiciality, stability and easy use of VDJ combined with the beat matching of OTS DJ and Reflex and also combined with the limiter / compression of OTS DJ all in one program. That would be the jam for me.

Ots dj is more for bars than clubs & for work perfect you must to convert the files to their own extension ...

i did not said u are stupid or anybody else i said ITS stupid that u need that much accuracy why dont you try mixing...and why did the remove the old pitch like in VDJ 5.0
AND puted all those zeros ? like 128.00

You're telling me you could get 1210's to match to 1/100th of a BPM accuracy, then play those two different tracks all the way through with absolutely no need for manual correction?

I often transition for longer than 16 beats. I simply keep the songs in beat manually, like I used to on my 1210s :)

That's because you're a REAL DJ.

That's also what I do, too. Ride the pitch.

I just wish my controllers had longer pitch adjustments for a more precise adjustment, like on my 1200s...

I agree. I think in this day of digital DJing, too many DJs have learned to beatmatch by punching in a number on a keyboard rather than trusting the old ears.

Bro, they don't even do THAT. They just hit "sync". I remember when people would use the Numark "Beatkeepers" and get ragged on! At least then yopu still had to manually adjust it.

So true.
