i just bought a new Macbook pro and installed my hercules rmx but everytime i try to run the softward i get: the controller has not been detected i use to have the same problem with my old macbook (black one) and solve it but now i dont find what to do can anyone help me?

Are you using the latest version of the controller driver? If not, try to update it using the latest version of the Hercules site.

Try a shorter USB cable (like 3' instead of the regular 6') first, then maybe a usb hub with an external power supply to see if it helps.
