i would like in vdj can warp a song instead a cgb (like ableton 8.0)

May be a hefty business maneuver, but if you could get Ableton to make a VDJ Bridge like Serrato you would be unstoppable! Power moves!
 
 
Yes I agree with both suggestions: we need a bridge VDJ to Ableton like Serato has. vdj and ableton are so complementary. We need to be able to manually correct the often wrong automatic warping done by VDJ.

You can use rewire between Virtual DJ and Ableton.
 
yeah , worked ok for a while then it changed the midi time code and was off.. im never off.. I dont get the issue..
 
if anyone can explain or direct me to a full detail on how to rewire ableton into vdj that would be great. i like to play live with tracks through ableton, as of right now i just use 2 laptops, no controller confusion and seems to be more stable.
 
It's on page 18 of the VDJ Audio Setup Guide.

I don't know if LE versions even have ReWire though....

yeah but ableton had a rewire issue not long ago and they had to fix it before they could get it to work..
