I am working with a club that didn't do a good job of putting genre information into the files when they ripped them from purchased CD's. Anyone know of a good, reliable method of checking the videos with a database and "fixing" the information on the video to make it easier to search by genre, year, etc?
I'm quite familiar with some audio methods, but they dont' seem to work well with mp4 video files.

You could try Itunes. Its easier to work with.

These are all music videos ripped from Promo Only and other services. I'm looking to do mass lookups and edits to thousands of files and get them categorized for easy searching and virtual folder filtering.
Will iTunes do that for music videos (mp4's)? I've never used it for that.
