I have a song that is only like 4 minutes long and the whole thing won't load on the deck. i have it ont he 2 deck setting, and I unloaded and reloaded the program on my computer. It doesn't make any sense and its frustrating. Help?

You have to adjust the memory of the VDJ a bit higher in the performance tab then see screen shot below.

I am having the same problem on my Mac but I can not find that pnal on the software. Please help.

That is because it is a version 7 option.
The corresponding version 8 settings is called "maxPreloadLength".
