Topic: SKIN FILE NOT FOUND

I DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED THE PRO FULL VERSION.WHEN I OPEN IT I GET A SMALL WINDOW WHERE I HAVE TO TYPE MY SERIAL NO.
AFTER DOING THAT IT SHOULD START AND WORK SMOOTHLY BUT IT IS NOT
ITS NOT STARTING AND SHOWING ME A ERROR MESSAGE THAT

IT CANNOT FIND THE SKIN FOLDER IN DOCUMENTS AND LIBRARY

I CHECKED IT AND IT IS THERE

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ONE

i have been following all these steps and nothing. i keep getting the same error. i have cleaned all the files off the machine, in fact just had a new logic board put in. then added snow leopard. reloaded from time machine and nothing. serato reloaded and works fine. everything i do to get virtualdj7 and le on and to work, does not. there are no virtualdk folders or files left and still same error
