Hello! I want to stop all effects on deck by pressing the button, how i can do this?

that depends on the way you activate them.
What method do you use ? Controller ? Skin (Effect page) ? some other way ?

I use novation dicer and create macros by config->mappers menu, i want to stop all previous effects, when i click button.

You re not helping me much, as you have to give me the specific way/actions you use to trigger those effects.
In most cases this action assigned to a button will de-activate all effects in a deck...
effect select +1
in case you only use 1 effect bank
In case you use several bank effects (slots) like...
effect 1 select "Effectname" & effect 1 active
effect 2 select "Effectname" & effect 2 active
etc, this will probably work ..
effect 1 select +1 & effect 2 select +1
