Topic: This Might Help Video Users (NVDIA GRAPHICS)

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

We've been testing a lot of different video hardware setups recently. Have found a solid video rig for scratching video with near 0 latency. This would be for users that like the Denon DN-MC6000 controller.

Using a simple core I3 3.3Ghz, 8GB ram, Win 7 64 on a Asus CSM board. Using only the Asus Nvida Geforce GT610 DDR3 2GB card. Look for the box with CSM on it, drivers are the most stable.

Out of box, 0 tweaking, playing our MP4 HD videos (by HD I mean 720P). Scratching with coloured waveforms. Looks good. Computer has been running 1 week now with 0 issues. If you have any questions, feel free to inbox me. We have tested so many graphics cards, have found ATI to be the worst and most buggy. Intel was good until the launch of the 3000 series.

Very good and Thanks, keep it coming guy's your input will be beneficial to many users in this community...

No one would like to buy a dead horse or a Vj computer...

very cool and to the point!

I have had issues with my current video card. This one is a fairly large downgrade of my current one but if it is stable I will give it a try for the $50

Dopeboyz, just to clarify, you are using a PC desktop? Would love to hear about a rock solid laptop that can run VDJ videos flawlessly. It's hard to find laptops that have NVDIA cards.

Also, any recommendations for a low cost controller for VJ use? The DN-MC6000 is kinda pricey at $650. Would like to use something under $300.
