I recently purchased a Vestax Typhoon and i am having major peoblems setting up the controller to work with ANY dj program.

With VDJ being what i have always used, i want to hook it up with Pro. i have plugged in my usb and it doesnt detect my controller, nor will it let me hear any audio etc. I have changed all possible setttings to get it to work but i still have nothing.

What can i do its driving me crazy?!

ive installed asio 8 and it is coming up error?

Please register your Pro serial number to your account http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

If you have not purchased VirtualDJ Pro then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html (Especially if you are working DJ and are making money as a result of using it at your gigs.)

If your Typhoon came with VirtualDJ LE included then its serial number should entitle you to a discount off the cost of upgrading (Providing that it's not second hand and has not already been used.)

You can test it out before purchasing for 10 minutes at a time in the latest VirtualDJ Home FREE v7.4: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html

If it won't work in VirtualDJ v7.4 then there is possibly a hardware issue with it or a conflict on your system. Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/MIDI%20Controller%20Not%20Working.html

Also, see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Typhoon.html

NOTE: The Typhoon will not work with old and out-of-date versions of the software that pre-date native support.
