Hi,
I have just purchased a new controller (Mixtrack Quad) and started using it with Virtual DJ and registered with the serial number.
However, I don't really like the controller and want to return it. The site I purchased it from requires the serial number and software to be as it was when they shipped it, but I have already used the serial number.
Is there any way to block / reset my serial number and send it back? Or can I obtain a new one? I am only three days into my trial of the Pro Version of VDJ, the controller got shipped with Virtual DJ LE.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

just want to add, when you do get another controller with VDJ LE, don't register it right away, demo the hell out of the unit first and then when you're ready and its a keeper, register it.
