I hope that this hasn't been already covered...
I have VDJ Pro and have my television set up so that it gives me an exact copy of my monitor but I would like it to just show the video so that I can search for songs while playing a video. I think it is not recognising it as a second screen, when I do a test for screens the TV shows number 1, same as my computer. I think I have followed the steps given on both MS and VDJ websites properly, any ideas?

Please register your Pro serial number to your account http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

(This will only work if you computer, it's graphic card and operating system are capable of outputting multiple separate displays. Windows 7 Basic for example is a cut-down operating system and does not support this.)

You also need to extend your desktop rather than duplicating your desktop.
