I'm a trance fan and I was liking the second half more than the first. Good first effort, I noticed there were a few transitions that you avoided any beatmatching. Transitions that did have beatmatching were a little out, have a listen and you'll hear a thu-thud instead of a clean beatmatched thud. 20:25 is a really good example of this.
Beatmatching is your first step and keep practicing that, listen actively during your mix - if you're paying attention you'll hear that your beats are out. Don't rely on autosync either, more often than not it will be marginally out. You will have to manually pitch bend and find the beatmatching sweet spot. Also before you post, listen through your mix and be real critic on your work. Another good thing to do is listen to other noob mixes out there and compare yourself to them. You will learn a lot when your not critiquing your own work.
