i know this sounds kinda strange... but would it be possible to use 2 controllers to be able to use for 4 decks?

you can use as many controllers as you like in VDJ Pro, you can also use more than one of the same controller which traktor doesn't offer.

If more than 1 controller are connected, and a 4 deck skin is loaded, then in CONFIG-->Mappers tab-->Mappers Options button, you will get an Option Deck assignment, where you can define which controller controls which decks

this is so simple in pro I now have 5 controllers at once. In pro you load the drivers then plug in the controller and then go into settings and you can select what controller runs what decks.. 1-2 denon 3-4 pioneer or what ever. It is not possible in l.e or home.. as they don't have the settings like in pro..
