A huge portion of my music now shows up as new files I've lost comments bpm cue points etc ANY HELP in retrieving this ?

I opened VDJ and saw nothing but yellow question marks my database was somehow erased, five plus years of info lost After being an advocate for this program for many years shame on me to think I would receive at least one reply from the assigned tech personnel on this forum to try and assist me in retrieving these files

Do you use a external hard drive?
What have done between the files was shown right and now?

I've had the same problem. An example of this is a few tracks that I have on my desktop. They are just there. Aside from VDJ, they do not get used or moved. 50% of the time they show as new tracks.

Have you already added these tracks to the database and are they already scanned?
Where are they stored? On a external/additional harddrive?
Does they have special letters?
What kind of VDJ version do you use? VDJ Config - Info
