What is your Operating system ?
Do you see a settings.xml file in Documents/VirtualDJ folder ?
EDIt. In case you dont have one, and since it wont generate if the software crashes, please read the email i ve sent you and use the attached file.

i've got the same problem,
vdj doesn't open and show this messag : error FileNotFound
Macbook pro 2,8 Intel Core I7 8Go DDR3, Mac Os 10.9.2, SSHD 1To / 32Go

Sorry to bring up an old thread.
Has anyone found how to resolve the FileNotFound error?
I recently formatted my macbook and reinstalled VDJ8 and get this error when trying to open it. Need to use it tonight and don't have time to do a format before the gig :/

Did you try to remove VirtualDJ from applications, then use the installer to re-install it?
