I'm not a Developer - but this is usually driver related and not software related.

Have you installed any new hardware or updated drivers recently?
 
no brother v7 works flawlessly

First thing I would recommend regardless of the version of software is to check if you have any updates for your video card driver.
 
Current driver offered
 
Did you install directx 9.0c too?
If not, please do that and try to reproduce.

It isn't a downgrade. Some of the plugins and effects user components of DX9 which aren't present in DX11.

Thats all it is. You have this links from RobRoy above - just run the installers.

New error just popped up after dx 9 install
