I have a ton of missing or broken file links (square orange box around them) and I can't find the "Clean/Check/Fix" database, and I've RTFM (Read The Freakin' Manual), which states nothing.

The database in version 8 maintains itself. But if you find you have a lot of tracks that a 'missing' you have an option to remove them
