I just updated to the latest version of VDJ 8 build 1845. I go into settings and then options. When i click the + to open browser (or any category), it will snap back shut in a couple seconds. So I can't change anything because it keeps closing.
I am running Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 bit. Sound card is disconnected, I am not sure if that is causing it but it is packed so I can't test that right now. I was trying to change settings in the Browser tab.

This is supposed to be fixed in beta 1855.

Sweet, I can't activate Beta builds because the menu system snaps shut. So the very bug I have prevents me from fixing the problem by going to a Beta. Have to wait for a final release I guess... Guess my testing is done right when it started! Not super impressed...

Don, use a custom button with this code:
setting 'getBetaBuilds' on ? on & setting 'getBetaBuilds' off : off & setting 'getBetaBuilds' on
