My laptop broke so i'm using a new Dell Laptop, I downloaded Vdj 8. I connected my Djconsole RMX2 and the device turns on but there's no connection with VDJ8, i try to modify the settings but it does not recognize the sound card, it says there is an error the card is possibly not connected, i looked at my account information and the controller is not regiestred with Virtual Dj8, however the controller is registerd with the VDJ website. I don't remeber if i have to download a program for my Hercules dj console and even if i did i lost the cd that came with the controller, can anybody help VDJ to reconized my sound card. I have a few upcoming gigs, thank you.

Ok OK........ i fix the problem i wnet to this website and the downloaded the missing drivers. YAY!!!!!!! here is the link http://www.hercules.com/us/downloads/bdd/download/30/titre/hercules-dj-console-series-2013_hdjs_2-package-for-pc

I am having a problem when i press the cue button and stutter it on the HERCULES RMX 2 IT GO FAST AND SLOW same thing when i sample to.need help

Can you try to reproduce it with settings.xml file deleted and "factory default" selected in the mappings list ?
