Yes we are aware of this. Hopefully it will be addressed in next builds.
Btw, does this sound goes away or improved if a different Latency is chosen ? E.g. a lower or a higher one ? Which sound card/controller are you using ?
 
i used the sound-card from the mixtrack pro (v1) and also tried the pioneer wego 2. my latency is set to automatic, what number should i try? btw i tried thru the internal card (plays out of the computer speaker same static regardless.) mouse and keyboard only
 
i regressed back to build 1932, static is all gone. was driving me nuts. ill stick w this build until its ironed out.
 
I have this too, with slow scratching. Not as loud as yours though.
 
Sounds like there's a fly behind the screen!
 
I also have this problem using the stanton scs1d.

i went back to build 1932 solved the problem for the moment.
