Not present in previous update, crackling when moving jog (on both bend + scratch mode) using CDJ 350s over first beat.
Also waveforms are mis-aligned on all tracks to audio. This was correct in the previous version! Not un-useable, but annoying none the less.

What do you mean waveforms mis-aligned. Any visual example?
