I'm currently paying monthly for VDJ 8. I used a Xone K2 controller which has recently been added as a native controller. If I buy the licence for the controller instead of paying monthly will I lose all the customising I have done with each button, i. e. will it default back to it's original settings?

I should think not, just to be safe you could copy the mapping into another folder.

Cheer bud, I'll give it a bash, controller licence for the Xone K2 isn't that much ($99)

PLUS license is only for personal usgae. If you play in public you'll need a Pro Infinity or Pro Subscriber license.
