Hi i have used vdi for a while, but why on vdj8 does it not remove the song thats been played from the sidles and how do i rectify this?

If you are talking about Automix, please enable the Remove already played.

As above, Automix can have tracks removed once played but there is no function to remove played songs from the sidelist at present.
