Topic: new laptop downloaded music from groveshark

Help I have a gig tomorrow my laptop has power issues so I bought a new one. I put VDJ7 on it and it didn't carry any of the downloads from grooveshark. Wouldn't I be able to uses those downloads by just signing in?

If you've downloaded (cached) music to your old laptop then you'll need to copy those files to the new one.

I think you'll also need to log in with the new laptop once the files are there, so the subscriptions can be confirmed too.
 
I tried to copy the files and it didn't give me that option when I right clicked. hmmmm
 
Copy them using your computer/OS, not from within VDJ.
 
I go into computer os then what. I didn't see anything related to VDJ or music cache. I appreciate your help
 
C:\Users\Vaio\Documents\VirtualDJ\Cache

copy this folder and put it on your new machine in the same location.
 
thanks for the response. WHere would I get this file from my old laptop? and where would I put it on new laptop? I am not real tecky so I am glad u know what u are doing
