Topic: Best settings for ripping DVD - VJ newbie

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

Hi guys and gals,
Despite 20 years in the business here in Ireland, I have never VJed. I started out on Vinyl, then CD and never even touched laptops. I have done some video djing rather crudely with DVD players and television screens as monitors which is a pain in the arse. So I need to rip my DVD collection and want to get good quality but I am fearful if I make the file sizes too large my Macbook pro will crash. Please advise. I'd be very grateful. - Johnny

Hi there...
Same doubts to me when i decided to do Videomixing couple of years ago, until i found best software on the planet to convert Videofiles.
http://www.wondershare.net/pro/video-converter-ultimate.html
Ok, it will cost about $49 but i can promise it is worth every cent.
Excellent quality, various settings , large choice of presets and a extremely fast converting engine.
You can also convert directly from DVD.
MP4 is recommended for VirtualDJ
Just check the free trial...
