At first I thought that too, but VDJ only could save different Audio settings, not different settings.xml aswell.

You changed the name of virtualdj to something other than the "virtualdj8 .exe"
e.g. "virtualdj.exe"

No, why should I do this?
I never touched the vdj.exe other than to start the program.
And even for that, I use a shortcut from desktop.
I also have not changed the default program or document path or anything.
