I was wondering if someone have the same problem as me. I tried to figured out what happen, but nothing works.
It looks like NOT every file does the same, as for the picture below, I'm using 2 VOB files. As you can see, Maroon 5 video looks fine on the left deck. Fader is full right but the output screen is only upper half.
Video board drivers are up to date. Using VDJ7 this time. Version 8 appear to work OK.

Samsung Series 5000
Core i7 2.4
6Gb RAM
2GB dedicated Nvidia 730M
External HD WD 1TB USB3.0
Windows 8.1 up to date.

in the settings under the video tab, is the video crossfader linked with the audio crossfader? Also, is the video crossfader set to auto?
You'll have to excuse if my terms are not exact, I'm looking at VDJ8.

According to your picture you posted, what is displaying on the output is exactly whats displaying on the file. Maybe the file is corrupted or rendered incorrectly.
