I have tried to use LMoffice DJ extractor, to rip and rename my Promo Only discs that I want to back up. Unfortunately, the program throws up an internal program error while attempting to parse the web listings. Is there a work around for this, or an alternate program that I can use? I cannot find any guides on using the application, so I don't know if I am using it correctly, or have an incorrect setting.

Seems the developer hasn't provided much help for the application. Give this thread a read, many good options for DVD ripping and file conversion.
I've used many of these applications myself with great success.

I have been using DVD Decrypter and I am happy with it's results. I am more so looking for an easy and fast method to rename the files, as I have an extensive P.O collection to rip. Anyone have any ideas or other methods???

I haven't had much time to play with this yet, but looks powerful. Maybe too much, maybe great tool. I'm excited to see what it does.
